What software do you support?
Remote One Assist frequently uses common day to day program software such as Xero, Office365 suite including Sharepoint, Servicem8 and has experience with many other platforms such as Quickbooks, Asana, Hubdoc, Canva, social platforms, Wix, Adobe, Fergus, Jim's Jobs, Tradify, Trello and much more.
What if I just need someone for a one-off task?
We are here to help. One of our own priorities is to be flexible. We know how busy you are so if you need a hand with something and then we don't hear from you for 6 months - totally fine. We don't have subscriptions or lock in contracts.
How do I share documents with you?
We are all across the cloud platforms so will adjust to what you already know first - whether that's using OneDrive, Dropbox or emailing us our resources. The more secure the better. If we spot something that could be more efficient or cost effective for you, we will let you know.
What information do I need to provide?
To get started, we will have a chat about your needs then arrange our paperwork and system access to your databases that we will need. From there we maintain our communication with you with task updates and completions ensuring we are always aligned.
